The Queen Anne’s Bounty Act 1714 (c.19) is an Act of the Parliament of Great Britain.
The long title of the Act is:
“ | An Act for making more effectual her late Majesties gracious Intention for augmenting the Maintenance of the Poor Clergy. | ” |
The Act gave augmented churches legal personality as corporations. Although partially repealed, much of the Act is still in force today.
